Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a reputation emergency?
An active, visible problem: a damaging review, a defamatory post, a negative story ranking on page one of Google, or content posted by an ex-partner or former client. If it is already affecting how people see you, it qualifies for the once-off audit and clean-up.
How long does clean-up take?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on severity and how much needs to be suppressed versus removed. You get a 30-day monitoring window afterward to confirm it holds.
Can I add a retainer later?
Yes. Many clients start with the once-off audit and move into a monthly retainer once the immediate issue is resolved, to keep monitoring and visibility ongoing.
Do you guarantee removal?
No one honestly can. Some content, such as news articles or court records, cannot be removed. Where removal is not possible, we suppress it with controlled, positive content and tell you plainly what remains and why.
